Amy Rose Story Chapter 11  A Angel's Pain

Cream woke up early next morning,she got dressed in her knee-length pink socks,a blue skirt,and her pink shirt.Then she put her hair up in a small ponytail and she put on all their bracelets, and finally a pair of blue sneakers.
Thdn she woke up her little chao; Chesse,who slept in a little doll bed.
-Come on Chesse,we have to do the morning walk before breakfast. Cream said
-Chao Chao.. Chesse said and flew up from his bed and sat down on Creams shoulder.
Then she quiet walked out from her room,downstairs,and out into the early morning sun.
-Ahh..what a beautiful morning,don't you think Chesse? Cream said while she stretched a bit.
-Chao Chao! Chesse said and smiled happily.
Cream started to jog around the town and then she ended in the park.
A few people were there,four hedgehogs walked around and photographed diffrent things and two young lovers were sitting on a bench near the litttle lake and just enjoyed the morning.
Cream sat down on a bench while Cheese flew around and explored the park.
She sihed and and suddenly her normal thoughts came back to her mind.
She had been thinking about this for a long time now,and every time she thought about it she felt lonely.Like nobody understood her pain,her secret pain..She thought about Amy..

Amy had been like a big sister to her,Amy had always been there when she had problems,when she was alone,sad..or just wanted someone to talk to.
Of course Cream had her mother but Amy was special..
They had been talking about almost everthing; Fashion,boys,music,about their future,
Amy had always imagine her and Sonic living in a big house on Angel Island.She didn't care about how many kids they would have,only if Amy could get a girl called; Angela.
And she always tought that Sonic would be a great father even if he sometimes would miss his freedom but as long as they had their kids and lived together he would always be there for Amy..
Cream had always been encouraging when it came to Amy's dreams,But noe it felt like it never was going to happen.
Cream tried to remove the thought out of her head but all the sadness she had inside was like glue and kept all bad thoughts stuck in her head.

-Chaoo Chao!! Chesse suddenlyshouted and Cream woke up from her thoughts.
-Huh,Chesse? Cream said and looked around.
She then saw her little friend near the smal lake a few meters away.
Cream ran over to him/her (I don't really know..)and sat down.
-What is it Chesse? CReam said and looked down on her friend.
-Chao Chao! Chesse said and pointed on something down in the lake.
Cream looked there Chesse pointed and noticed a golden thing lying on the bottom of the lake.
-Ah..,I wonder what that is.. Cream said and gasped
-Chao Chao,Chaao Chao Chaoo! Chesse said and pointted down on the thing.
-You're right Chesse,I have to get up that thing..So i guess i have to..Dive in..
Cream stood up and took of her shoes,socks and her bracklets.Now she only had her shirt and skirt.
She swallowed and looked around so nobody saw her,and the she jumped into the lake.
It was not so cold as she thought and she could almost stand in the water but now she had to tread water.
-Wait here Cheese it won't take long to pick up that thing..,Just a second!
And then she dived down,she could see the golden thing and now she saw it was necklace.
She took it up and gasped when she saw that it was a rose.
Cream swollowed a hand full of water and she swimmed up in panic.
-Ahhh... Cream said and exhaled.
-Chaoo Chao! Chesse said and took the neclklace while Cream jumped up on land.
Cream quikly got dressed again and then she and Chesse ran to park bench a bit away from the people.
They sat down and Cream looked down on the necklace in her hands.
-I wonder who this necklace belongs to... Cream whispred more to herself than Chesse.
-Chao!
-It's very beautiful...It reminds me of someone...A-...
-Hey Cream! A voice shouted and Cream woke up from her thoughts.
-..Uh..What? She looked behind her and saw Sonic and Tails walking towards to her.
Cream blushed when she saw Tails,she had,ever since she was 8, a secret crush on him.
Cream had once told Amy about her feelings for Tails,and Amy had said that if Tails haden't the same feeings for her,she would eat up her own shoes to dinner.

-Hi guys. Cream said then they were in front of her.
-Woah,why so wet in your hair?Have you been taking a morning bath? Sonic joked.
-Actually yes.. Cream said
Tails and Sonic gave each other a glance.
-And look what i found! Cream said and showed them the golden necklace.
-What the.. Sonic started
-Cream where did you get that from!? Tails said and started to study the necklace closer.
-In the lake. Cream said and pointed.
-..But..That's why you're hair is wet,did you found it on the bottom of the lake? Sonic said while he also started to study the necklace.
Cream nodded.
-It looks like a rose.. Tails said.
-Yeah.. Sonic said approvingly.
Cream rolled her eyes.
-Maybe we can open it.. Tails said and Sonic then tried to bite on it but with no succsess.
-I think it belongs to someone. Cream said.
-..Course..but who? Tails mumbled.
-Someone who likes roses? Cream suggested.
-Amy! Sonic said proud over his own "smartyness".
-Amy..? Tails said hesitantly.
-I think your right! Cream said and did "high five" with Sonic.
-..But guys.. Tails said but they ignored him.
-I should give it to her on our date.. Sonic said
Tails and Cream looked at him.
-Our WHAT?! They both said.
-Our date,oh yeah right i forgot to tell.. Sonic said while being a bit red in his face.
-Forgot!? Cream said in shock.
-..How?..When?..Amy?..You?..Date?.. Tails said and tried to take in what Sonic just said.
-When did this happen!? Cream said
-Last Friday Night. Sonic sang
-It's Thursday! Cream said annoyed
-..Oh...
-Sonic serously!
-Okay,Okay.. Sonic said
And then he told them about what happen last night (but not the little kiss).
Cream looked like she was going to cry and Tails was just staring like nothing would make sense again.
-Why don't you ay anything? I mean isn't this good news?? Sonic said confused.
-Well... Tails said like he was going to explain something really difficult.
-It's great Sonic. Cream said and gave Tails a He-Don't-Need-To-Know glance.
-Yeah..course.. Tails said unsure.
-Good.Then i wanna ask if you two could get Amy out of the house while i'm doing things at home? Sonic said hopeful
-I guess we could,Tails?
-Yeah.
-Great,So we better go back to the house,You are starting to smell wet rabbit! Sonic said and grinned.
-Haha very funny. Cream said but she smiled.


                                At The House..

Vector,Charmy,Espio,Blaze,Silver,Knuckles,Vanilla and Amy sat down in the kitchen and eated their breakfast with the warm sun comming from the windows.
They all talked about random things and had a nice morning.Everyone was happy again,with not a problem in the world.Well everyone except Amy..She sat there she used to sit on the little chair until the winow a bit away from the others.
But she don't mind that she couldn't talk about anything,she had grown accustomed to being alone..
She had cried herself to sleep tonight,the memories were so painful for her,She didn't want them in her life anymore.
She had pain inside the whole time; When she played with Cream and Chesse,when she helped Vanilla to bake,hanging out with Blaze and Silver,go swimming with Vector and Charmy,And even when she was with Knuckles on Angels Island.
Why could no one see her? See the pain she was going through?
But she did it for them,She loved them all and her memories was kind of being back sometimes.But she was still lost,lost on this lonely place inside.
And every night she had dreams about this girl called Amelia.Who was she? And why was she suddenly so important?

-Amy,why aren't you eating something?
Amy woke up from her houghts and turned around,It was Silver.
-Uhhm,Not hungry.. She made up
-Feeling a bit nervous for the date tonight? Silver said while moving his chair over to Amy.
-I guess.. Amy said and sighed
-Nahh It's okay.A bit funny actually.. Silver said and chuckled a bit.
Amy looked at him.
-You see the "old Amy" used to keep asking Sonic about going out on a date for like ages.
But Sonic always said; No..,or; To busy.
And now when you finally have one your nervous.
-I'm a strange person even then and now. Amy said and started to stare out through the window again.
-I think you mean "special". Silver said and smiled.
Amy gave him a weakly smile and then she walked past him and out.Amy walked to a place she found very peaceful and there the others never came by..And she really needed to be alone at the moment..


Sonic,Tails and Cream had been comming home right after that Amy had left,and Sonic wanted to tell the other about the news.
-Hi everyone. He said and sat down next to Vector.
-Where have you three been? Vanilla said to Cream.
-Just being in the park mom. Cream said and took a glas of milk.(Chesse sat down on her shoulder)
-But honey..'sniff' you smell wet rabbit..? Vanilla said and looked at her.
-Uhm yes..I fall down in the lake.But don't worry i'm not hurt. Cream said and blushed.
-Where's Amy? Tails said and looked around the room.
-She took a walk. Silver said quickly.
-Anyway i've got good and bad news. Sonic said.
-What?? everyone said (not Cream and Tails xD ) .
-Okay the bad news is...Cream smells wet rabbit... Sonic said
Cream gave him a murdering glance.
-And the good news is..I'm going a date with Amy tonight! Sonic said and waved with his arms.
Knuckles drop his bowl with milk.Vanilla stopped breathing for a moment.Silver fall down from his chair with a loud noice.Blaze looked like her whole world exploded into millions of pices.Vector and Espio just stared at him like they had heard wrong.
But Charmy flew up in the air and shouted:
-I knew it!Pinky and Sonic is in looove,so sweetie sweet!
Sonic gave Blaze a quickly glance: She looked at Cream who looked down on her shoes.
-C-Cream is this true? Blaze said while he eyes almost turned red.
-..Yes.. Cream mumbled
Blaze mumble something unhearable while she quickly walked out from the room.
-Blaze..! Silver said but she was gone with a loud "SMASH" from the door.Silver quickly followed her.
-I'm so happy for you two! Vanilla said and burst into tears.
Vector quickly wraped a arm around her and huged tight.
Charmy and Cream danced around in joy.
-That's what i call "act fast". Knuckles said to Sonic.
-Well you know me.. Sonic said and grinned.
-Just a pitty that Shadow or Blaze will kill you. Knuckles said and chuckled.
-I don't care what Shadow thinks..And Blaze will just have to live with it.. Sonic said

     Later...

Tails and Cream came up to Amy's room..
-Hey Amy you wanna go take walk? Tails said.
-Sure,I'll just take my scarf..  Amy said and looked around in one of the drawers.
-Ohh,the scarf Silver gave you on your birthday? Cream said and looked over Amy's shoulder.
Amy suddenly get something on her mind..

"-Here you go Amy..
-Thanks Silver!..Oh it's so beautiful.Just like silk..
Amy touches it and..."

-There it is Amy,come on let's go! Cream said and started to walk out.
Tails looked at Amy who just stared down on the scarf.
-..Amy?Are you comming? He said carefuly.
-..Yes..Sorry i'm not quite myself today.. Amy said and took the scarf and put it on.
-You haven't been that for awhile now.. Tails mumbled.
They walked out of the house and started their way into the town.
-Yeah,So i thought we could go to the market down in the town then we could go to Angel's,and after that we can go see a movie..and then we go to... Cream babbled.
Amy just nodded while they walked,she didn't care where they went.
Suddenly Cream stopped so quickly that Tails fell right on her.
-Ahhh..! Tails shouted then they both hit the ground.
-Oh no,Cream Tails,are you okay? Amy said while looking dow on them.
-Uff..i think so.. Tails said while standing up again.
-Why did you stop like that Cream?? Amy said
Cream was already up and brushed of her cloths from the dust and said seriously:
-I almost forgot the most important thing of all!
-What?? Amy and Tails said.
-Your dress for tonight! Cream said and looked serius at Amy.
-A dress..No no i'm sure i can take some of my old cloths..
-No way!Your improtant date with Sonic has to be perfect,which also includes a brand new dress!
-But i don't think he'll care how i look... Amy said hesitantly.
-Of course he will!That's kind of the mot important thing on a date! Cream said.
-Cream..That's not true. Tails said and gave her a glance.
-Well i think we should go buy one anyway. Cream said
-'sigh' I guess i could buy some simple dress.. Amy said
And then they started to walk into town again.

A few mins later they stood outside the shop "The Golden Thread".Cream looked excitedly
on the dresses she could see through the big window,Tails and Amy looked kind of bored.
-Oh isn't that one pretty?! Cream shouted
-Or that one..?! Oh,that one was super cute!Don't you think that one would be nice?....
-Uh Cream? Tails said
-Yeah??
-Can't we just go in?
-Oh yeah right..Sorry.
They walked in and a bell was heard,and just then they stepped in,a brown hedgehog with long black hair came to them.Cream and Tails immediately recognized her as Emilia.
-Hey guys! she said and smiled at them.
-Hi Emilia. Tails and Cream said,Amy waved carefuly.
-So what brings you here? Emilia said.
-We should need a dress for Amy,she's going on a date with Sonic tonight. Cream said.
-Ohh a date huh? She said and looked at Amy who blushed a bit.
-Well do you want something fancy or something simple?Silk or velvet?What kind of color?
-..Uhh.. Amy mumbled
Cream was about to say something but Tails quickly said:
-Something simple and i guess silk would be nice and..Amy,what color do you want?
-Red!  Cream said.
Tails rolled his eyes and looked at Amy but she just nodded.
-Okay got it. Emilia said and wrote it down in a little notebook.Just a second..
And then she disappeared behind a door down in the shop.
-..I didn't know Amy had lost her tongue,Cream. Tails said snapped at Cream.
-I said it was okay,Tails.. Amy mumbled and stared out through the window.
-Stop starring out through the window the whole time Amy. Cream suddenly said.
-I want to..
-But you always do it.It's kind of freacking me out!
-Cream leave her alone! Tails said.
-You don't tell me what to do! Cream said angry.
-You did it yourself! Tails said.
-Just stop it both of you!What's wrong with you two?! Amy said and walked out from the shop and sat down on the little stair outside.
-Here we go! Emilia said and came up behind Cream and Tails.
-But where did Amy go? Emilia said and looked around.
-She walked out,But we take it..Uhm,How much? Tails said quickly.
-Ohh no,i gve you it for free,we're friends right? Emilia said and put the dress in a bag.
-Really?Oh that's so kind of you!Thank you very much Emilia! Cream said and took the bag.
-No problem.Wish Amy good luck,for the date!
-We will.Bye! Tails and Cream said and walked out through the door.

-Amy,we're sorry.I promise we won't fight anymore. Tails said.
-And look on your dress! Cream said and held up the dress infront of her face.
It was a long red dress with short arms,and on the buttom it was a bit wavy.And around the waist it was ruffles.
-Nice.Very..elegant.. Amy said and tried to sound intrested.
-Yeah.. Cream said dreamy and put it down again.
-So where are we going now? Tails said.
-Angel's. Cream said and they started to walk again.
-Angel's? Amy said
-Yeah,dosen't it sound familar? Tails said
Amy shook her head.
-It's a place you used to work on.You were a waitress,remember?
-..No.. Amy said slowly.
-Well anyway Angel,the owner, makes the most delicious milkshakes in whole town!
Tails and Cream both and licked their mouths.

Soon they were outside "Angel's",A cute little bar with big windows outside to the street.
Inside their was some round tables which it all stood a pink rose in a vase on.
The walls were light pink and the floor looked like light colored wood.
And on the right side their was a a cash register on the desks.It smelled of vanilla in the room and it was very cozy place.

-Hello,Angel?? Cream shouted.
A door opened behind the desk and a long figure steped out.Her fur was white,she had long wavy blonde hair and her eyes was like two sapphires.She wore a simple pink dress with a pair of black shoes.And Amy notice a pair of Small white wings that rested against her back.
-Oh Hiya Cream,Tails! She said and came over to them.
-Hi. They said.
-Oh Amy,it's so nice to see you again! Angel said and huged Amy.
Amy carefuly huged her back.
-You got Silver's letter right? Cream said.
Angel let go go Amy and nodded sadly.
-Yes,i know.. She said and sighed.
-Know what? Amy said.
-That you lost your memory hun. Angel said.
Amy looked down on her shoes.
-I'll go get you guys some milkshakes! Angel said again and went to the kitchen.
Amy,Cream and Tails sat down at one of the tables.
-Thanks. They said then Angel came back ith their shakes.
She sat down besides Amy and looked at her.Amy felt like Angel scanned her soul or something.
-I really miss you at work,Amy. She said
-I guess i have miss you too.. Amy said unsure.
Angel gave her a little smile and did something that suprised Amy..She put two fingers on Amy's forehead,closed her eyes,and took a deep breath...

"-Amy..Amy...? Can you hear me? Are you in there?..
A part of Amy wanted to say:I'm here! But something blocked her..Pain,Sadness,Anger,and a blue streak...
-Please Amy try!
The part of Amy screamed:
-I'm here!Please Angel,Help me!
-You must be strong Amy,I'll help you When the time comes!Just don't forget who you are!
-I won't...I promise..
Tears...Pain...Cold..
-No Angel don't go!Don't leave me here! Amy screamed
-Soon you'll understand..
-AHHHH!!!! "

Amy came back  to the time and Angel opened her eyes slowly.
-What happened..? Amy said.
-What? Tails and Cream said.
-Why did you do that Angel? Amy said again.
-I didn't do anything..Amy? Angel said
-..But..B-but?..
-I think she might be tired..hehe.. Cream saidd and stood up.
-Yeah we should go now. Tails said.
-Okay,Have a nice day guys! Angel said and waved.
Cream Tails walked out with Amy a bit behind,she gave Angel a last confused glance and they were gone.
Amy understood that something was wrong with that Angel...
